We offer a variety of Christian-themed apparel including hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, and t-shirts. Each piece is designed to reflect faith and inspire those who wear them.

2. Are your clothing items unisex?

Yes, all our clothing items are unisex, designed to suit everyone. We focus on creating styles that are comfortable and appealing for all genders.

3. What sizes are available for your clothing items?

Our clothing range is available in sizes M to XL, catering to a wide range of body types. We aim to provide a comfortable fit for all our customers.

4. What material are your clothing items made of?

All our apparel is made of 100% cotton. We prioritize high-quality, comfortable materials that are both durable and soft to the touch.

5. How can I ensure the right fit when ordering?

We recommend referring to our size chart available on the website. Since our clothes are unisex, check the measurements carefully to ensure the best fit.

6. How long does shipping take within the United States?

We offer shipping across the United States with a delivery time of approximately 7 days. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future. 

Shipping Issues:

Stand Strong Apparel is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undelivered items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders. 

In case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. Stand Strong Apparel is not responsible for items lost in transit.  

Stand Strong Apparel is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the USPS, FedEx weather or other events out of our control. 

If your package is confirmed to be lost in transit and you selected a shipping option that is insured, reach out and we will help issue a replacement. One Way Christian Store is not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages shipped via USPS First Class or FedEx.

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.

8. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition. Please refer to our detailed return policy on our website.

9. Are the designs on the clothing fade-resistant?

Yes, our clothing is printed with high-quality, fade-resistant inks. However, we recommend following care instructions to maintain the longevity of the prints.

10. How does purchasing from your brand support the Christian community?

Our brand is not just about clothing; it's about spreading faith and positivity. A portion of our profits is donated to Christian charities and community initiatives.

11. Can I customize the designs on my apparel?

At this moment, we do not offer customization options. However, we have a wide range of designs that cater to different tastes and preferences within the Christian community.

12. How should I care for my apparel to maintain its quality?

To best maintain the quality of your apparel, we recommend washing in cold water, avoiding bleach, and tumble drying on low. Detailed care instructions are provided with each item.


14. Do you offer shipping with tracking?

Yes, we do offer tracking number 2 or 3 hours after placing the order. Your tracking will be available.

We ship all our packages through USPS, FedEx.

  1. Do the products have any warranty?

Yes, We have a full 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, we'll gladly return your investment but shipping costs are to be covered by yourself. In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Do all the items in orders always ship together?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. If you wish to have your order held and all shipped together, please make a note at checkout so you can receive all the orders at the same time.  

  1. I received my order and it is incorrect! What do I do?

Please email support@standstrongapparel.us as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. 

  1. I received my order and an item is damaged! What should I do?
    Please email support@standstrongapparel.us as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
